Megan welcomes referrals from all health care professionals, including but not limited to, GPs, oncologists, surgeons, breast care nurses, nurse specialists, cancer care coordinators, radiation therapists, allied health professionals and complementary therapists.
Next Wave Cancer Rehab is designed to complement the care your patient is already receiving. Megan values close collaboration with the wider oncology and multidisciplinary team and is committed to care that is consistent, well communicated, and supportive of the broader treatment plan.
If you are unsure whether a patient is appropriate for referral, Megan is available to discuss informally before a formal referral is made.
How to Refer
Referrals can be made by email or phone, or by completing the referral form below. No formal referral letter is required, although any relevant clinical information is welcome.
